Inspiration: The lack of accessible, intelligent, and holistic support systems for Thalassemia patients in India inspired us to build T-Care — an all-in-one AI-driven platform to support patients, families, and caregivers in managing the complexities of Thalassemia care with dignity and ease.

What it does: T-Care is a smart web-based platform powered by VivraAi, an AI health companion. It offers:

Real-time donor-patient matching Predictive blood donation insights Access to verified treatment resources and hospitals 24/7 chatbot support for patients and families Secure medical history & transfusion tracking Integration with e-RaktKosh and Blood Bridge A social support ecosystem for awareness and community connection.

How we built it: We will use a blend of cutting-edge technologies:
