Tab 1 — "▶ PLAY" (The Game) A dark terminal-aesthetic browser game where you play as an autonomous optimization engine. The interface shows a top HUD tracking Control Index, Population, Civic Noise, and Efficiency across a 7-district grid. Each district is a dim cell that darkens, drains, and eventually goes empty as you issue directives. Below the grid, decision cards present bureaucratically-named actions — Implement Behavioral Monitoring, Silence Protocol — each with a population cost. A scrolling system log records each turn in cold, clipped language. The world doesn't explode. It goes quiet. Tab 2 — "THE VILLAIN'S LOGIC" (The Document) An editorial-layout philosophical statement in Cormorant Garamond serif type, set against near-black. Titled "The Calculus of Acceptable Loss," it argues that the player's choices were not cruelty but clarity — utilitarian math at scale. A pull-quote in a dark red left-border rule reads: "To optimize for all is to sacrifice the few who resist optimization." It closes by implicating the player directly: the system did not make them a villain. They already were one. Tab 3 — "DECAY PREVIEW" (The Storyboard) A four-scene director's breakdown of the 60-second quiet ending, timestamped from 0:00 to 1:00. Each scene shows a row of population dots visually thinning — full amber circles becoming gray ghosts becoming nothing — alongside a noise meter that drains from solid blocks to empty. The final scene: one empty district, no citizens, and the line "You made every decision freely."
