❤️ Inspiration: NO HUMAN LEFT BEHIND

The AI landscape of 2026 has transitioned from simple wrappers to autonomous, local-first agent execution networks. However, standard SaaS platforms host sensitive customer data on third-party servers, creating security vulnerabilities and vendor lock-in.

We built SynthYou (part of the NHIL.net ecosystem) to solve this. Inspired by the duality of KGU International:

  • The Technical Operating Principle: No Human In Loop (NHIL) — automating corporate operations to machine speed.
  • The Humanitarian Mission: No Human Left Behind — using technology to generate abundance and support humanitarian initiatives.

🤖 What it does: The Digital Twin C-suite

SynthYou is a zero-trust, local-first Talent Marketplace and deployment engine for Autonomous Digital Twins & Synthetic Employees.

  • C-Suite Executive Twins: Deploys low-latency WebRTC talking avatars trained on executive voice prints, transcripts, and organizational likeness models. Users can interact directly with synthetic CEOs, COOs, and CMOs to negotiate contracts, review legal compliance, or orchestrate marketing campaigns.
  • Hermes Autonomous Mail Agent: A background daemon that intercepts inbound emails, reasons using Gemini models, and compiles personalized response videos.
  • Palantir AIP-style Ontology: Maps enterprise data into secure "nouns" (Objects) and "verbs" (Actions) using the Nexus Quantum Coordinator to enforce corporate governance.
  • Local Compliance Analyzer: Filters documents locally over a private Headscale VPN mesh, blocking public API calls to prevent data exfiltration.

🛠️ How we built it

  • Brain & Reasoning: Powered by Google Cloud's Gemini 3.5 Pro and Vertex AI for advanced planning and execution logic.
  • Secure Infrastructure: Orchestrated over a private Headscale VPN / Tailscale mesh for zero-trust data sovereignty.
  • Automation Control Plane: Built using n8n visual workflows and custom Python daemons.
  • Frontend: A sleek glassmorphic dashboard built in vanilla JS/CSS and hosted on Netlify.

🧠 Challenges we ran into

  • Syncing WebRTC streams for ultra-low-latency real-time video conversations.
  • Enforcing HIPAA and corporate governance rules at the local execution layer.
  • Preventing data exfiltration without sacrificing model capability.

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of

  • A fully functional, local-first autonomous agent swarm that runs 24/7/365 with zero human friction.
  • 100% data sovereignty — clients own their infrastructure, data, and model weights completely.

📚 What we learned

  • AI consulting is the future; static wrappers are obsolete.
  • Having a structured corporate ontology is essential for grounding agent behavior.

🚀 What's next for SynthYou

We are expanding the Synthetic Employee marketplace, certifying more specialized legal and operations twins, and directing high-margin revenue to the JC Coffey Foundation.
