Inspiration
our customer's largest pain point is filling in the gaps of their knowledge base. Currently it takes a lot of effort for them to guess what their specific customers will ask, or risk having their AI hallucinate once their magicform.ai chatbot is on the website
What it does
with a click of the button gathers data about the company from an existing knowledge base, builds a customer profile, and prompts itself to generate a question that customer profile is likely to ask
How we built it
Plugged in an API call into our system to be able to dynamically collect a set of information, and then return the answer for the user to copy and paste into the playground widget
Challenges we ran into
tried to get it to automatically send the message in the user facing playground but was not able to accomplish in time
Accomplishments that we're proud of
building a feature that will work out of the box for any of our existing customers and help them fill in the gaps of their knowledge base effortlessly, using their own data, recursively
What we learned
having AI talk to AI automatically is easier said than done, but possible. Right now, building assist tools for the human is key

fully autonomous AI customers talking to AI sales and support reps to generate thousands of conversations
