Inspiration
We were inspired by the need for a user-friendly solution to help elderly individuals manage medications independently, enhancing accessibility and safety.
What it does
It reads prescriptions, identifies medicines, schedules reminders, integrates with voice assistants, supports accessibility features, detects diseases, and provides emergency alerts and health guidance.
How we built it
We used voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home, integrated vibration and audio feedback, and applied photon detection technology for disease identification and medication recommendations.
Challenges we ran into
Ensuring seamless integration with various voice assistants and developing accurate photon detection technology for disease diagnosis.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Creating a comprehensive, accessible solution for medication management, including features for the deaf, blind, and elderly, and making it user-friendly.
What we learned
We gained insights into combining accessibility, technology, and health care, as well as the importance of clear communication and real-time feedback.
What's next for Syntax Squad
We plan to expand the system’s capabilities, enhance AI-driven health insights, and further improve accessibility for diverse user needs.
