Inspiration
Well, my dad gave me an idea for a house sustainability index, and I decided to narrow that down to energy efficiency, which led me to this.
What it does
Well, it's essentially a blockchain-based transaction system for energy transactions.
How we built it
Python in vs code
Challenges we ran into
Lots and lots of errors. There were times, especially near the final stretch, that were frustrating, but the framework is finished.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I'm proud of the progress I've made on this project and the possibilities that can be achieved with it.
What we learned
Well I learned how crypto works, kind of.
What's next for Synergy Energy Sharing System
It can be paired with house energy sensors, and an actual grid to add the physical component of this venture.
