Syndessi

Inspiration

To make a platform for up-and-coming artist to expose their music to a platform that can be shared with their fans that also is an interactive social media space. A website and an app that allows everyone to create an account to also interact with the artist.

What it does

Syndessi is an all-in-one platform for artists to use via the built-in digital "studio" and the professional advice of veterans in the music industry. Also, for indie artists who become well-known, fans can purchase tickets

How we built it

We used Figma to design the user interface. Having in mind an easy and dynamic way for our users to experience the app. We used App.JS and Zepto.JS to create a mock up for the Back-End website.

Challenges we ran into

At first, we did not know exactly what the project was supposed to be. We had to constantly change and modified the original goal until we got something that everyone liked.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Making the project within 24 hours, with many of our teammates not knowing how to get started at all.

What we learned

We learned to be open to new ideas and how to implement those ideas. We also learned how to design a UI, and design a basic website.

What's next for Syndessi

Expanding and publishing the projects to other app sharing platforms such as the AppStore and google play.
