The inspiration for SyncOps came from identifying the pain points of managing agreement data effectively. We wanted to create a solution that unlocks the potential of agreement data, enabling businesses to save time, reduce costs, and make better decisions.

What it does

SyncOps is an AI-powered agreement management platform that streamlines workflows and automates processes. It helps businesses overcome the "Agreement Trap" by:

  • Extracting actionable insights from agreement data using AI.
  • Automating agreement tracking, such as expiration dates, renewals, and compliance checks.
  • Providing seamless collaboration and real-time updates for stakeholders.
  • Integrating effortlessly with existing tools and systems for a smoother workflow.

How we built it

  • Frontend: Built with React.js for a responsive and user-friendly interface.
  • Backend: Powered by Node.js and Express.js for handling API integrations and workflows.
  • Database: MongoDB was used to store agreement data securely and efficiently.
  • AI Integration: Leveraged natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models for agreement data extraction and insights.
  • Docusign APIs: Integrated Docusign APIs to manage agreements, automate workflows, and ensure secure document handling.
