Inspiration
During the meeting, sometimes a person is unable to attend the meeting due to different reasons like network issues, so they are unable to be a part of the discussion held in the meeting, so due to this reason we got the motivation to build something that can solve this problem and provide the user a summary and key points discussed in the meeting.
What it does
It analysis the speech of the user and help them by recommending suggestion to improve their comprehensive skills, in addition to that it also summarise the whole content of the meeting and send the content with suggestions and key points to the user.
How we built it
We have used Google calender API for accessing google meet users and sending emails to their emails, Azzure's speech-to-text feature for detecting the voice input of the user and converting it into the text format, and Chat GPT's API for detecting the abbreviation like "aaa", "hmm" etc and suggesting the area of improvement based in these abbreviations. by using the Chat GPT's AI.
Challenges we ran into
Difficulty in identifying areas of improvement and tracking bug origins. We find it difficult to detect the voice input of different users speaking simultaneously.
