Inspiration

Managing schedules across multiple platforms can be tedious and time-consuming. We were inspired by the need to streamline this process by transforming unstructured data from any webpage into actionable plans. Our goal was to create a solution that could simplify organizing tasks, events, and goals, empowering users to focus on their priorities rather than logistics.

What it does

SYNC is an innovative platform that allows users to export schedules, tasks, and goals from any webpage to their preferred scheduling tools like Google Calendar, Notion, or our custom web platform. By leveraging the processing speed of SambaNova Cloud, SYNC rapidly identifies, parses, and organizes complex data into structured formats, making it easy for users to stay on top of their schedules with just a few clicks.

How we built it

  • Frontend: Designed an intuitive and user-friendly interface for users to interact with SYNC. This included seamless integration with Google Calendar, Notion, and our web platform.
  • Backend: Built a powerful data parsing engine using SambaNova Cloud's high-speed processing capabilities. This backend identifies actionable items, organizes them, and prepares them for export.
  • Integration: Developed APIs for compatibility with various scheduling tools to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Testing: Conducted rigorous testing to ensure that SYNC could handle a variety of web pages, from simple task lists to complex conference schedules.

Challenges we ran into
