Inspiration

In acute emergency triage, clinical delays and missed contraindications cost critical lives. SynapseHealth provides an autonomous multi-agent clinical decision support engine that assists healthcare teams in real time under 300ms.

What it does

  • Telemetry Ingestion: Ingests live patient vitals and computes deterministic ESI-2 and NEWS2 risk scores.
  • Multimodal Vision Diagnostics: Processes clinical imagery and scans to extract diagnostic features with confidence analytics.
  • Pharmacovigilance Agent: Evaluates patient medication history against acute risk factors to trigger safety overrides for contraindications.
  • Automated Clinical Handover: Exports complete, structured PDF clinical assessment summaries with physician sign-off.

How we built it

  • Backend: FastAPI, Python, Pydantic, Uvicorn
  • Frontend & Visuals: Tailwind CSS, Glassmorphism UI, jsPDF
  • Testing & Deployment: Pytest test suites, Docker containerization, GitHub Actions CI/CD

Orchestrating concurrent asynchronous micro-agents for real-time telemetry processing while keeping risk-scoring latency sub-300ms.
