Inspiration
We wanted to solve a real-world problem while experimenting with new tools and technologies. Our goal was to create something useful, innovative, and meaningful that could make an impact.
What it does
The project provides a simple, effective solution by taking in user file input and outputting flashcards, resources, and notes. It helps users benefit in an intuitive and efficient way.
How we built it
We used V0, Cursor, Python, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript to develop this project. Collaboration, version control, and iterative testing allowed us to quickly build and refine our solution.
Challenges we ran into
We faced a lot of challenges while integrating the front and backend together but we overcame it by working together and running through multiple iterations.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Were proud of gaining a handful of experience with how Python works. We are happy that we got to learn new skills and, most of all, develop our problem solving skills.
What we learned
We gained experience with Python and Typescript, improved our teamwork, and learned how to rapidly iterate and adapt under pressure. We also discovered new ways to approach problem-solving.
What's next for Synapse X
We plan to add scalability while taking feedback from users and in the long term we would like to go public to maximize impact.
