Inspiration
🔹 Inspiration
This project was inspired by my real cardiology practice, where I saw many patients — especially older ones — struggling to track their blood pressure and symptoms on their own. It made me realize how important it is to give patients an easy and safe way to monitor their condition and stay connected with their doctors.
🔹 What it does
SynaCore is a digital wellness assistant for cardiac patients. It allows users to log:
- Blood pressure
- Pulse
- Symptoms (e.g., chest pain, dizziness)
- Emotional well-being
It summarizes the data into a weekly report and sends it to the doctor. The doctor can easily track trends, spot warnings, and react early.
🔹 How we built it
We used low-code and no-code tools to build this prototype:
- UI/UX design in Figma
- Data logic simulated in Google Sheets
- Presentation built in Canva This made the idea fast to build, simple to test, and accessible even for non-programmers.
🔹 Challenges we faced
The biggest challenge was to design an interface that is simple enough for elderly users, while still delivering the data doctors need. We also had to carefully select only the most important health metrics to avoid overwhelming the user.
🔹 What we learned
We learned that simplicity is powerful in healthcare. Even the smallest tools can reduce anxiety, build trust, and empower patients when used correctly.
