💡 Inspiration
The idea for SymptoTrack was born from everyday experiences—watching students, seniors, and even myself struggle to stay consistent with health tracking. We often ignore minor symptoms, skip healthy habits, or rely on memory when visiting a doctor. The need for a simple, motivating, and privacy-respecting tool for everyday wellness inspired me to create SymptoTrack—a platform that turns health tracking into a habit, not a hassle.
🔍 What It Does
SymptoTrack is an all-in-one health companion that helps users:
- Log daily symptoms, mood, and healthy habits like water intake, sleep, and medication
- View visual trends through dynamic health charts
- Use an AI-based disease checker to get preliminary condition suggestions
- Learn from rotating health tips and interactive quizzes
- Generate personalized certificates as achievements
- Customize themes (light/dark) for user comfort
- Keep all health data private—stored only on their own device
It combines preventive care, education, and gamification—all in a single platform.
🛠 How It Was Built
