** About the Project — Symptom Journal Symptom Journal is a web app to help users log daily symptoms, mood, and energy levels. It shows trends using charts so users can track their health over time.

Impact: Helps users stay aware of their physical and mental well-being easily through daily symptom tracking. It allows early detection of health patterns, enabling users to take timely action and better self-care. Doctors can also use this data to understand patients' health history quickly, making consultations more accurate and efficient.

Symptom-Journal Update

We’ve made exciting progress!

Added daily mood, energy, and symptom logging. Users can now visualize trends using interactive charts. Built with React (frontend) & Node.js (backend). Smooth and responsive UI with Tailwind CSS. Secure login system using JWT & bcrypt. Improved dashboard and symptom list filtering.

Goal: Help users track their physical and mental well-being with just a few clicks every day!
