Symport is a website and mobile app that will allow patients/customers to order over the counter medications for delivery within 30 minutes. Symport is unique because it contains a recommendation engine for patients who are not sure what kind of medication they need for relief. Instead, Symport’s recommendation engine will allow the patient to select their symptoms and receive the best medication for symptomatic relief. Symport also tracks previous orders, allowing patients to quickly reorder medications for illnesses that may recur multiple times per year, or yearly. Often, when a patient sees a doctor, they are asked what has worked well for them in the past and are prescribed the same medication.
