This idea is basically an inspiration I got from my own experience of living in Lisbon city as a student. The housing crisis is real in Lisbon and also in other major cities such as Porto etc. The crisis is exponentially accelerating due to tourism and immigration. Students and young individuals are mostly affected by this as they critically rely on rented or shared housing systems. From my personal experience as a student, I struggled with finding a good accommodation and it's nearly impossible to find accommodation with a good social environment (less social isolation). To solve this issue I designed a system that links students and other such individuals to a hostel/hotel or any property owner that could potentially provide accommodation in exchange for valuable working time. The added value of Symbiote OS is the complete property management system it provides with Advanced Environment Monitoring, Security System, Task-force Task Management, booking management, and System AI capable of learning from the blueprints & social patterns of the living space to provide information to guests. This project also aims to address the crisis of elderly care by connecting them to volunteers and students that can help them in day to day activities. In his way forming small shared social circles designed to help each other.
