Inspired by success stories like Lenskart and Levi’s Turkey, SWYF aims to cut returns by up to 40%, boost sales by 10%, and promote sustainability. Built with a modern stack (React, Tailwind, Flask, OpenCV, TensorFlow, Three.js, MongoDB/PostgreSQL), it overcomes challenges in AI realism, data security, e-commerce integration, and performance, while paving the way for accessories, footwear, and offline smart mirrors.
