Inspiration
On-boarding new members is painful, especially if they are remote. And right now a lot of companies are battling with employing and on-boarding new young individuals. We tried to tackle this problem and make it easier.
What it does
Swirly is an NLP based self-learning algorithm for answering all your new employee's questions. It answers best to its ability and if it doesn't recognize the question, it forwards it to the company's forum. It gets back to you when the question has been answered. The answer is also fed to the algorithm for further learning.
How we built it
We build a demo using Figma to show the UX and Python to show the algorithm in action.
Challenges we ran into
We did not have time to establish a database and connect it to the front-end to get a fully working demo
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
We were able to build a simple algorithm that actually does a pretty good job at interpreting natural language and getting the right answer to the question.
