SwipeSee is an app that helps users quickly build an itinerary for their next travel destination.
How it works
User selects a cities they might want to visit and swipe left or right on the attraction depending if they like it or not similar to tinder.
Challenges I ran into
Some challenges we ran into was finding data for various attractions in a given city. Currently, there lacks APIs where this data can be found so we scrapped data from various sources.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Making it a responsive mobile first web app.
What I learned
I learned about jquery mobile for touch events.
What's next for SwipeSee
Plans for SwipeSee are increasing number of cities available for users to choose from.
