About SwipeHire
What is SwipeHire?
SwipeHire is a mobile-first web application designed to help early-stage startup founders screen job applicants quickly and efficiently. The app uses a familiar swipe interface combined with AI-powered resume analysis to streamline the hiring process.
The Problem
Startup founders are busy. Reviewing hundreds of resumes manually is time-consuming and takes focus away from building the product. Traditional applicant tracking systems are clunky and often overkill for small teams looking to make their first few hires.
Our Solution
SwipeHire lets founders define their role requirements once, upload a batch of resumes, and start swiping through AI-summarized candidate cards in minutes. The AI extracts skills, experience levels, and key strengths from each resume, presenting founders with digestible summaries they can act on immediately.
Swipe right to express interest. Swipe left to pass. Star candidates you want to revisit later. It's that simple.
Key Features
Quick Job Setup: Define role requirements with structured filters including tech stack, experience level, visa sponsorship needs, and startup experience preferences.

Batch Processing: Process multiple resumes in a single API call for speed when you have a large applicant pool.
ATS Webhook Integration: Connect to existing applicant tracking systems like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever via webhook to automatically process incoming applications.
Intuitive Swipe Interface: Make quick decisions with familiar swipe gestures. Keyboard shortcuts available for power users.
Candidate Dashboard: Manage your interested, starred, and passed candidates all in one place.
