We aimed to tackle the overwhelming volume of emails by creating a quick, intuitive solution to streamline email management.

What it does

Swipe.ly is an AI-powered app that summarizes emails and lets users swipe to manage them, providing a Tinder-like experience for the inbox.

How we built it

We used a large language model (LLM) to analyze and summarize emails, then integrated this data into our application for easy interaction.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating the large language model presented a range of challenges, from managing variable email formats and content to ensuring privacy and security of user data. We also faced hurdles in optimizing the model for fast, accurate summaries without overwhelming the app’s response time. Balancing the swipe functionality for a seamless user experience required extensive testing and fine-tuning to handle various inbox sizes and types of emails.
