SwiftPrep

Preprocedural medical record collection and analysis is important in all medical settings and specialized practices such as dentistry and ophthalmology. We aim to build a web-app serving these targeted sectors to ensure that they have complete perspectives on the requirements of their patients.

Allows a practitioner to view a concise medical history of the patient with highlighted medications, procedures and allergies. Also takes patient's consent into consideration.

We used jquery, css, php and html, integrating various data sources through front-end and back-end web development.
