🚀 Project Story: SwasthRakth – Smart Monitoring for a Healthier Tomorrow
SwasthRakth was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between preventive health awareness and accessible technology. With growing concerns around lifestyle-related illnesses and the importance of regular health monitoring—especially for blood health—this project was my attempt to create a user-centric platform that empowers individuals to stay on top of their health metrics.
🔍 What Inspired Me:
I was inspired by how overlooked routine blood checks often are, especially in rural and semi-urban areas. Combining my technical skills with a problem that truly matters, I envisioned a platform that simplifies monitoring and education around blood health.
🔧 How I Built It:
Started with a wireframe and user flow sketch to design a clean, mobile-first UI.
Developed a full-stack web app using modern technologies.
Integrated mock health data for live tracking and visualization.
Incorporated basic alerting and health tips based on simple thresholds.
đź’ˇ What I Learned:
Importance of UX in health-tech solutions.
Working with live data and integrating real-time components.
Building scalable APIs and securing health data.
Effective debugging and testing practices in real-world scenarios.
⚔️ Challenges I Faced:
Ensuring data visualization was both accurate and understandable.
Balancing between too much medical detail and user-friendliness.
Implementing clean design across devices while ensuring performance.
Making the project accessible to non-technical users.
