Inspiration

SWAI started with a frustration we experienced first-hand.

Before SWAI, our CEO Mehrdad ran a digital agency. The biggest problem was never strategy—it was execution.

Every client needed the same things:

landing pages ad campaigns email sequences follow-up optimisation reporting

None of it was particularly difficult, but all of it was painfully manual.

Businesses weren't running out of ideas.

They were running out of time.

Around the same time, our co-founder Behzad—an AI engineer who had already achieved an AI startup exit in 2016—was exploring how modern language models could move beyond generating content and begin orchestrating real business operations.

That became the question that started SWAI:

What if AI didn't just help people create marketing... what if it actually executed growth?

What it does

SWAI is an AI-native Revenue Operating System powered by Business IQ.

Instead of giving businesses another collection of disconnected marketing tools, SWAI understands their goals, designs the highest-impact customer journey, builds every asset required, launches campaigns across multiple channels, and continuously improves performance using live campaign data.

Users simply describe what they want to achieve.

SWAI handles the execution.

How we built it

We built SWAI around one core principle:

Every business already has software that records work. None has software that executes it.

The platform combines:

Business IQ reasoning autonomous AI agents marketing execution apps CRM campaign orchestration conversational sales agents analytics optimisation

All connected through a single prompt interface.

Instead of forcing users to learn dozens of different tools, every capability becomes something Business IQ can orchestrate automatically.

Challenges we ran into

Building AI that creates content is relatively easy.

Building AI that makes good commercial decisions is much harder.

We had to teach Business IQ to understand entire customer journeys rather than isolated prompts.

Another challenge was balancing autonomy with human control. Businesses want AI to execute work—but they also want transparency and confidence in every recommendation.

Designing an experience that feels intelligent without becoming a "black box" has been one of our biggest engineering and product challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

One of our proudest moments wasn't technical.

It was watching someone without a traditional marketing background become a Growth Manager using SWAI.

Our Growth Manager is a former early-years teacher.

With Business IQ guiding strategy and execution, she now plans, launches and optimises sophisticated growth campaigns that previously required experienced digital marketers.

That perfectly captures what we're building:

AI doesn't replace people.

It expands what people are capable of.

What we learned

Businesses don't actually want more AI tools.

They want outcomes.

Founders don't wake up wanting another dashboard.

They want more qualified meetings, more customers, and predictable growth.

We've also learned that trust is everything.

The more autonomous AI becomes, the more important it is to explain why it's making decisions—not just what it's doing.

What's next for SWAI.Ai

We're evolving Business IQ from an execution engine into the operating layer for business growth.

Today it builds and optimises customer journeys.

Tomorrow it will proactively identify opportunities, predict bottlenecks before they happen, coordinate specialised AI agents, and continuously improve how businesses acquire and retain customers.

We believe every business will eventually have an AI system managing growth in the same way accounting software manages finances.

Our goal is for Business IQ to become that system.
