Swace AI

Inspiration

I recently got into tennis but its super hard to learn alone but also insanely expensive to hire a coach (up to a $500/month, I'm not paying that lol) so started experimenting with different AI/ML to help with that

What it does

Pretty simple upload a video of you playing and it analyses you and gives you specific feedback on your form and decision making

How we built it

Thought it was simple but according to people i talked to it was a unique approach so I'm keeping the deeper details under wraps but basically a mix of computer vision and custom LLM

Challenges we ran into

I think just getting it to work in the first place, it was hard to find good data, hard to get the Vision and the LLM communicating and also keeping the cost down

Being able to ship the app in a week and also getting the model to give very good results
