Inspiration : We wanted to make traditional astrology more accessible, private, and easy to understand by combining it with modern AI and technology. AstroDrishti was inspired by the idea of bringing personalized Kundli insights into a simple digital experience.
What it does : AstroDrishti generates a personalized Kundli from birth details and provides easy-to-understand astrology insights. Users can securely log in, save their Kundli, access it anytime, download it as a PDF, and explore personalized guidance through a simple Hindi-English interface.
How we built it : We built AstroDrishti using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Supabase, Google AI Studio, GitHub, and Vercel. Supabase handles authentication and data storage, while Google AI Studio powers the AI-based interaction and insights. The application is designed with a responsive interface and privacy-focused user access.
Challenges we ran into : The biggest challenges were connecting AI with the application logic, handling user authentication and private Kundli data, creating a reliable Kundli-generation flow, and designing an interface that makes complex astrology information simple for users.
Accomplishments that we're proud of : We are proud of turning a traditional concept into a modern AI-powered web application. We successfully built and deployed a working platform with authentication, personalized Kundli generation, data storage, PDF download, and a bilingual user experience.
What we learned : We learned how to integrate AI into a real-world application instead of using it only for generating content. We also gained practical experience with React, Supabase, authentication, database management, API/AI integration, GitHub, deployment, and building user-focused interfaces.
What's next for Astro Drishti : We plan to make AstroDrishti more personalized and interactive by adding AI-powered voice conversations, daily astrology guidance, astrologer consultations, advanced Kundli analysis, and multilingual support. We also aim to improve the AI experience and make AstroDrishti a trusted digital platform for personalized astrology insights.
