A citizen can upload a photo, describe the problem, select a category, and provide a location. CIVICAI analyzes the submitted information and generates an intelligent civic issue report.

How It Works

3. CIVICAI analyzes the report.
4. The system identifies the issue category.
5. It estimates severity, impact, and urgency.
6. A recommendation is generated.
7. A unique complaint ID is created.
8. Citizens can use the ID to track their complaint.
