Inspiration
Inspired about ZERO-WASTE kitchen living and make compost with kitchen waste concept that I have been watching on the internet. So I decided to make something which has minimum required educational content for others to get started in this journey.
What it does
It is a educational site where people can go through articles, videos, research papers on the sustainable living, composting using kitchen waste and zero-kitchen waste concepts.
How we built it
using Create-React-APP and HTML, CSS, REACT
Challenges we ran into
Faced challenges when linking different pages in react. Initially I thought its easy like linking files in HTML but no I got struck for 1 hr why Iam failing to link the pages then I read about React-router in stack overflow. Watched 30 -45 min crash course on react router and implemented the routes but this took more than 4hrs but still I DID IT!!!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I have learnt about react router and linking pages or components through this hackathon. Deploying the website and making it live.
