Inspiration
My inspiration for this project was seeing the spread of fast-fashion brands on social media with many consumers who were unaware of their impact by supporting these companies. I wanted to help inform people about the harmful effects of fast fashion and where they can shop sustainably!
What it does
Helps educate people to be more mindful in their shopping! Also includes a short personality quiz to suggest brands that people may like based on their personality/aesthetic!
How we built it
Used replit.com - HTML and CSS to create the website, and HTML, CSS, and JS to create the personality quiz
Challenges we ran into
Making the nav bar work on the main page was challenging. Finding reliable sources and data for the research was difficult as well
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The clickable titles of brands that when clicked open up the brand websites! Also, the accessibility aspect of the website. Every image has alt text that can be read by screen readers!

What's next for Sustainable Fashion
Adding more pages with more resources backed by research to spread even more information about the topic.
