Inspiration
We wanted to educate others on the importance of sustainability. We wanted to do it in a fun and interactive way, while also letting people know what exactly sustainability is.
What it does
Our website has a fun quiz ans a simulator from the point of view of a panda. We aim to educate people on what sustainability is and the importance of it in a fun and interactive manner.
How we built it
We used html for the main portion of the website. We put the images, gifs, and words on the website using html, and did the formatting on css. We did some of the formatting on javascript as well.
Challenges we ran into
We had trouble with centering certain elements. Both of us are not very familiar with css so formatting was a challenge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to get some of our formatting ideas to work which was a big achievement for us.
What we learned
We learned how linking files and using elements can create an interactive website.
What's next for SUS-R-US
The next thing for our site is creating more games and interactives. Not only that, but working with other formatting styles to create a better looking site.
