Inspiration
The inspiration came when my mom was having trouble finding a Roof Repair service after the winter weather storm.
What it does
Surv App connects Providers and customers easily and without any restrictions
How we built it
We built the app using Flutter, google Firebase services like- Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Realtime Database, Google Calendar, Stripe API and Twilio API
Challenges we ran into
The Challenge that I ran into was optimizing external API's to work with Flutter and Firebase
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I was able to build the basic Layout and add most of the Provider functionality without any errors
What we learned
I learnt a lot about the flutter framework and google cloud in general
What's next for Surv App
I believe that Surv App has a lot of potential especially in the Dallas region, where there are so many new and booming businesses and communities, which can use this app in their daily lives, especially during the pandemic and the weather storm.
