✅ Inspiration The scale and safety challenges of the Ujjain Mahakumbh inspired us to build a unified platform that uses AI and real-time tech to protect millions during large gatherings.

✅ What it does Suraksha360 is an AI-powered safety ecosystem offering live incident reporting, lost person detection, crowd heatmaps, SOS alerts, and misinformation control—all through a multilingual app and admin dashboard.

✅ How we built it We used Flutter for the app, React for the dashboard, Python with DeepFace/OpenCV for face matching, HuggingFace for NLP, and Google Maps for real-time crowd analytics—deployed on Google Cloud.

✅ Challenges we ran into Ensuring real-time accuracy in face recognition, building inclusive voice support, and balancing surveillance with user privacy were key hurdles we overcame.

✅ Accomplishments we’re proud of A working AI system that matches lost persons, a multilingual voice assistant, and a scalable platform ready for real-world deployment.

✅ What we learned Tech must be inclusive and adaptable. AI, when designed with empathy, can transform public safety at scale.

✅ What’s next for Suraksha360 Pilot launch drone/CCTV integration, offline support, and nationwide rollout for mass events.
