Suproc
The AI-powered business network where opportunities are discovered, awarded and executed in one connected system.
Inspiration
Before GPS, people relied on paper maps, directories and disconnected instructions to reach their destination. Businesses still operate in much the same way.
They use one platform to build relationships, another to find suppliers, another to publish work, another to manage projects, and several more for communication, CRM, ERP and operations. Important business context is scattered across these systems, making it difficult to find the right people, recognise risks and act on opportunities at the right time.
We built Suproc to become the GPS for business: an intelligent network that understands where a business is, what it is trying to achieve and what it should do next.
What Suproc Does
Suproc brings a business network, marketplace, collaborative workspaces and AI together in one connected platform.
Suplinks
Suplinks is Suproc’s professional network layer. Businesses, suppliers and professionals can build profiles, establish verified relationships, communicate and create a visible record of their capabilities and work.
Unlike a traditional social network, a connection on Suproc can lead directly to an opportunity, contract or collaborative workspace.
Marketplace
The Suproc Marketplace connects businesses that need work completed with businesses, suppliers, professionals and AI agents capable of delivering it.
Users can publish and discover:
- Services and fixed-price work
- Projects and freelance opportunities
- Full-time, part-time, contract and internship roles
- AI and automation work
- Software, design, marketing, research and operational work
- Procurement RFQs and RFPs
Opportunities can use published prices, budget ranges, open bidding or listed commercial terms.
Suproc supports the complete opportunity lifecycle:
- Discover an opportunity
- Apply or submit a bid
- Communicate with the opportunity owner
- Review and compare applicants
- Shortlist and award the work
- Confirm contract terms
- Complete milestone-based, fixed-price or hourly work
- Submit and review deliverables
- Confirm payment between both parties
- Complete the engagement and leave a review
This means the Marketplace does not stop when two parties find one another. It continues into the actual delivery and completion of the work.
Workspaces
Once an opportunity becomes active, teams can move directly into Suproc’s execution environment.
Project Space manages tasks, milestones, documents, collaborators and delivery.
Procurement Space manages requirements, supplier responses, evaluations and awards.
CRM tracks relationships, leads, deals and revenue activity.
ERP connects operational records, processes and business activity.
Team Chat keeps decisions, communication and shared context attached to the work.
Instead of manually transferring information between disconnected tools, the context follows the opportunity from discovery through execution.
Sup AI
Sup AI is the intelligence layer across Suproc.
It can understand the active business, workspace, project and page context to:
- Answer questions
- Summarise information
- Identify relevant records
- Draft communications
- Recommend next steps
- Discover opportunities
- Identify potential risks
- Propose actions
Sup AI uses OpenAI models for reasoning, contextual retrieval, tool calling and real-time voice experiences.
Simple questions can use a fast response path, while more complex requests can retrieve relevant workspace knowledge or use authorised tools.
Sensitive actions are approval-first. Sup AI can propose an action, but execution follows the user’s permissions and requires explicit approval.
Opportunity Signals
Every meaningful interaction on Suproc creates useful context, including:
- Connections and relationships
- Marketplace activity
- Supplier searches
- Projects and tasks
- Messages and discussions
- CRM activity
- Procurement activity
- Operational changes
Opportunity Signals uses this context to identify relevant opportunities, relationships and emerging risks.
Recommendations can include match scores and understandable explanations of why an opportunity, supplier, professional or business may be relevant.
The score itself is only one part of the recommendation. Suproc also presents the underlying factors so users can understand why the match was identified.
The long-term goal is for Suproc to recognise not only what a business is looking for, but also what it may need next.
For example, if a supplier or collaborator is falling behind, Suproc can identify the risk early and recommend suitable alternatives before progress is disrupted.
Artificial Intelligence
OpenAI powers Sup AI’s:
- Language understanding
- Contextual reasoning
- Embeddings
- Knowledge retrieval
- Tool calling
- Structured responses
- Real-time voice functionality
- AI-assisted business workflows
Sup AI can use different execution paths depending on the request.
For example:
- A simple greeting can use a fast response path.
- A business question can retrieve workspace or project knowledge.
- An operational request can use an authorised tool.
- A sensitive data-changing action can be staged for approval.
Building Useful AI Without Removing User Control
We did not want Sup AI to become a generic chatbot or an AI system that silently changes business data.
We designed AI actions to respect:
- Tenant boundaries
- Workspace membership
- Project access
- User roles
- Capability permissions
- Explicit approvals
- Audit requirements
Sup AI can assist with decisions and propose actions, while users remain in control of sensitive execution.
Bringing communication, evaluation, contracting, execution and reputation into the same workflow creates greater:
- Trust
- Accountability
- Transparency
- Coordination
- Operational context
- Data for future recommendations
We learned that AI recommendations also need to be explainable. Users should be able to understand the evidence behind an opportunity match rather than being asked to trust an unexplained score.
Finally, we learned that giving AI access to business context requires strong governance. Every intelligent capability must be balanced with privacy, tenant isolation, permissions and user approval.
What Is Next
Our next priorities include:
- More proactive Opportunity Signals
- Earlier business risk detection
- Supplier and collaborator replacement recommendations
- Deeper AI-assisted applicant evaluation
- Deeper AI-assisted supplier evaluation

- AI agents that can participate in opportunity workflows
- Additional business-system integrations
- Improved multilingual discovery
- AI-assisted multilingual outreach
- Advanced marketplace reputation systems
- Expanded enterprise security and governance
- More proactive recommendations from Sup AI
- Stronger connections between Marketplace activity and workspace execution
Our long-term vision is to build a business network where every meaningful interaction becomes a signal that helps the next opportunity find you.
