Inspiration

I’m a UX architect with 20 + years of product-design experience—but zero coding background. While working as India’s first Airbnb Business Consultant (and the country’s fastest Superhost) I heard the same cries for help from hundreds of clients:

“There’s no clear playbook for Airbnb success.” “Legal rules change city to city—how do I stay compliant?” “My marriage hall / gym / sports turf sits empty most days; can’t I list it like an Airbnb?” Airbnb gives exposure, yet India lacked an ecosystem to actually help hosts—especially owners of commercial spaces—launch, manage and scale. That gap sparked Suprhost: a digital, AI-powered, end-to-end platform that lets anyone turn any space into income.

What it does

Suprhost is the world’s first short-term-rental super-app. In one clean interface it:

Guides hosts and owners – instant consulting calls, ROI market reports, full Airbnb setup. Lists commercial spaces – marriage halls, coworking hubs, sports turfs, kids’ zones, gyms—rentable by hour, day, or event. Connects verified vendors – cleaners, interior designers, lawyers, photographers—bookable in two taps. Matches builders & investors – live dashboards track earnings and automate payouts. Bridges governments – digital licence flows and compliance dashboards for tourism departments. Educates entrepreneurs – checklists, templates and the upcoming Airbnb Millionaire course and book. How we built it

Bolt.new: drag-and-drop React + React-Native builder created the entire mobile-first UI. Firebase Firestore: real-time data for listings, bookings and profiles. Bolt AI prompts: dynamic pricing advice, property valuation and vendor matching. Firebase Auth + Razorpay: secure log-in and payments. Modular architecture: each service (consulting, marketplace, compliance) is a plug-in micro-module, ready to clone city-by-city. As a designer with no engineering team, Bolt’s no-code tools let me ship a production-ready MVP in six days. Challenges we ran into

Multi-persona UX – hosts, vendors, builders and guests all need different flows. Time box – a super-app in a one-week hackathon meant ruthless feature triage. Prompt tuning – AI prompts had to stay context-aware across dozens of property types. Instant trust – marketplaces live or die on credibility; we fast-tracked verification, reviews and escrow logic. Accomplishments that we’re proud of

World’s first STR super-app MVP built and live in under a week. 50 paying consulting clients and 30 commercial venues onboarded pre-beta. MoUs in progress with two state tourism departments to digitise homestay licensing. Early-stage revenue flowing through consulting, market reports and vendor bookings. What we learned

AI + no-code can compress months of dev into days—if the user pain is crystal clear. Trust is the product in service marketplaces; verification and transparency must ship in v1. Advanced SaaS tools – dynamic pricing engine, booking heatmaps, revenue forecasting.
