🧠 Inspiration

As India’s first Airbnb consultant and co-founder of Suprhost, I’ve worked with hundreds of new hosts who struggle to understand the return on investment before listing their property. We wanted to create a tool so simple that anyone — from a senior citizen to a first-time investor — could estimate profitability with one click. That's how Suprhost ROI Snapshot was born.

⚙️ What it does

Suprhost ROI Snapshot is a one-prompt app that instantly calculates key Airbnb investment metrics: annual revenue, expenses, net profit, ROI %, and break-even years — based on user input. It presents everything in a clean, branded layout with a downloadable PDF and print-ready result. Built for the Indian market, it auto-formats large numbers into Lakhs and Crores and offers actionable tips to improve profitability.

🛠️ How we built it

We used Bolt.new’s One-Shot AI platform and crafted a single ultra-detailed prompt that includes:

The biggest challenge was condensing UX, logic, styling, and user interaction into one single prompt — without any follow-up refinements. Getting PDF export, currency formatting in Indian notation (₹, Lakhs, Cr), and a mobile-first layout to render correctly in one pass required thoughtful prompt engineering and iteration before the final version.
