🌟 Inspiration

Starting an Airbnb in India—or anywhere—is overwhelming for first-timers. Most aspiring hosts don’t know where to begin, what legal steps to follow, how to price, or even how to write a good listing. As India’s first Airbnb Consultant and the CEO & Co-founder of Suprhost.in, I’ve helped hundreds of people go from “curious” to “Superhost.” I wanted to scale that guidance into a single, powerful tool that can help anyone launch their first Airbnb without confusion, even from their phone.

💡 What it does

Suprhost: My First Airbnb Launch Coach is a mobile-first AI tool that helps first-time hosts launch their Airbnb successfully. Based on 3 dropdown inputs—City, Property Type, and BHK—it instantly generates a personalized plan that includes:

A room-by-room furnishing checklist (with budget tiers and shopping links) Local legal & licensing advice based on your city AI-optimized listing title & description Launch pricing strategy with competitor insights A 30-day action roadmap to get your first ₹1L income and earn Superhost status Smart CTAs: “Go to Main” or “Go to Launch” to guide the user journey It’s like having an Airbnb business consultant, legal advisor, interior coach, and mentor—packaged into one magical prompt.

🔨 How we built it

I used Bolt.New to build this entire tool with a single one-shot prompt. It took less than 30 minutes to bring it to life:

Crafted a mobile-friendly prompt with dropdowns (City, Property Type, BHK) Structured the output into 5 user-friendly cards Applied Suprhost branding using #FF385C as the accent color Embedded CTA buttons at the bottom for navigation Added a footer: Built with bolt.new No coding, no delays—just the power of clear prompts and product vision.

🧗 Challenges we ran into

Dropdown compatibility for BHK selection (initial errors on mobile) JSX character escape error (e.g., > needed to be {">"} inside JSX) Maintaining a smooth UX across both desktop and mobile with Bolt's layout Limiting text output without overwhelming the user while still being highly actionable But Bolt’s real-time test environment helped us fix these rapidly.
