What it does

Uses user data to generate outputs. Eg: How many customer support tickets are still open? Searches gmail/slack, retrives data, decides correct chart representation, creates schema, uses BEM to create a desired output schema and feeds the raw data through. Then generates the appropriate graph

How we built it

Used agentkit to handle all things LLM related, BEM for turning unstructured data into structured. Used MCP for slack access (plugged into agentkit).

Challenges we ran into

Tough to work with agentkit to set up responses and even tougher to set up streaming.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We think this is a semi-novel idea and we enjoyed working on it!

What we learned

Don't try and force fit a framework into your project because of the prize money!

What's next for Support System

We want to continue working on this and expand the product/idea.
