Inspiration

My mama's phone trouble and the MTN call struggle sparked the idea for OneCenter. We want to fix customer service, so no one faces the same woes we did.

What it does

OneCenter is a smart talking AI to make customer service better. It quickly gets what users say, making talking to companies easy and clever.

How we built it

We made OneCenter with fancy talking machine skills. It works for different needs, and we made sure it's safe, good, and easy for users.

Challenges we ran into

Building OneCenter was like the headaches from the first bad phone call. We had to be careful with the talking machine, think about what's right, keep secrets safe, and make sure it works everywhere. But we did it, making a good and safe thing.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud we turned a bad call into a clever solution. OneCenter is our way of making talking to customer service less of a pain.

What we learned

Making OneCenter taught us lots. We learned about talking machines, making things easy for users, and why doing things right matters in AI.

What's next for Support Hub

Next for Support Hub is showing off OneCenter at the hackathon. We want to make it better with feedback, so talking to customer service becomes easy for everyone.
