VA Validates homeless veterans users.
The homeless veteran(beneficiary) is required to lay out a plan, i.e., list their needs/goals in a timeline.
After the donor donates some amount for the beneficiary, the beneficiary has to update the donor on what he/she did with that money.
Further support from the donor is contingent upon the donor being satisfied with the update.
