Inspiration
our inspiration was the need of many small businesses in Mexico to adapt to the technological world and be successful in a very competitive market.
What it does
it optimizes documentation and streamlines the process of acquiring the supplies and buying orders with your clients
How we built it
using the Next.JS framework alongside TypeScript and Tailwind for our stack, we also used mongoDB Atlas alongside Prisma to store our data for the usage of the web application
Challenges we ran into
some authentication services gave us trouble implementing and thus opted for not using them at the end, alongside some issues we had with the mongoDBmodels that due to bad planning, required constant reworks.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
our team was mainly integrated by back-end developers, and trying to use front-end technology was a challenge at the start, but we are proud with the design we came up with to use in our web application
What we learned
we learned how to use one of the most commonly used front-end technologies and the implentation of a typescript Next Project instead of a javascript project
What's next for Supplynk
what Supplynk needs is for us to now focus on the rest of what we couldnt accomplish in this event, so it can finally be an app that can help people with the need, our hope is that someone finds it useful for their entreprenourship management
