The Problem

Supply-chain teams often discover supplier delays or missing confirmations too late. Buyers must manually call suppliers, ask what went wrong, confirm available quantity and expected shipment dates, and then update internal teams. This creates delays, missed orders, and poor visibility across procurement operations.

Our Solution

SupplyCall AI is an AI phone agent for supply-chain exception recovery. When a purchase order is delayed or lacks supplier confirmation, SupplyCall AI uses CALL-E to call the supplier, ask the required follow-up questions, and turn the conversation into structured business data.

The system does not blindly close exceptions. If CALL-E cannot obtain a clear supplier commitment, the exception is escalated for human review.

How It Works

  1. A supply-chain exception is detected.
  2. SupplyCall AI creates a CALL-E phone task for the supplier.
  3. CALL-E calls the supplier and conducts the follow-up conversation.
  4. The call result is returned as structured data.
  5. The backend validates the result and applies business decision rules.
  6. Confirmed exceptions can move forward, while unclear or risky cases are escalated for human review.
  7. The system records the call, result, decision, audit trail, and notification.

Why CALL-E

CALL-E turns a traditionally manual supplier follow-up into an automated phone workflow. Its structured call results allow SupplyCall AI to connect a real phone conversation directly to backend business logic instead of treating the call as an isolated interaction.
