One of our main concerns when attempting to find a solution to our problem, was not to create another problem. What happens with all the prevention equipment once the crisis is contained? Our Sterilizing gate is almost self-autonomous ( depending only on the flow of pedestrians), made using easy to recycle materials (mainly metal, recycled plastic, PVC), Not using electricity but the pneumatic force of the step of the pedestrian and gives him the option to step or not to step. Cost of production under 100 euro per piece, with recycled materials even under 50 euro. The main source of expenses: Analytic anti-viral liquid, non-irritating to eyes, does not stain, low allergenic risk Especially important in the months after the pandemic, when everything goes back to normal, to reduce the risk of another outbreak. This product is aimed at shopping malls, public building entrances, train stations, airports etc The gate may not be able to cure the virus, but will definitely slow down the spread of the virus, as people won't carry anymore the virus on their clothes, hands, face etc. The name of the chemical used to disinfect those in passing will be displayed next to the gate. We plan this as a non-profit and our dream would be to see our project come to life and save a life.
