Inspiration

Indian importers often face supplier fraud, customs delays, and compliance issues. We wanted to build a single AI-powered platform that helps businesses verify suppliers before losing money.

What it does

SupplierLens analyzes global suppliers, detects fraud risks, generates AI trust scores, and provides customs-readiness intelligence including HSN, BIS, FSSAI, CDSCO, and FTA insights.

How we built it

We built SupplierLens using React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, MongoDB, and OpenAI APIs. The platform combines AI analysis with trade intelligence and compliance workflows.

Challenges we ran into

Understanding international trade compliance, mapping country-specific verification systems, and structuring AI-generated intelligence reports in a practical way were major challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a premium AI-powered trade intelligence platform that combines supplier verification, fraud detection, customs readiness, and FTA duty analysis in one system.

What we learned

We learned how global trade verification works, how customs compliance impacts imports, and how AI can simplify complex business intelligence workflows.

We plan to add real-time government API integrations, live customs data, multi-language support, predictive risk analytics, and enterprise-grade collaboration tools
