Today the whole world is united and fighting against one common enemy. The covid-19 pandemic has affected both physically and mentally. Some were made to quarantine themselves at home and some were taken to medical centers. Those who were in home quarantine were not monitored by hospitals. So their health were left unchecked and unnoticed and this may lead to serious issues. To avoid this, we have designed a web application where patients who were staying in home will be monitored and advised often on the basis of their health status.
The patients who are tested positive only can access the web. The challenge is the login have to be provided for covid positive tested people. The login credentials will be provided by the admin. When the patient is cured and tested negative the login credentials will be removed.
The patients will be given login credentials. After logging in they will be redirected to dashboard. patients can view their personal information and update their health status at any time. The prescriptions that were given by the doctor and general prescriptions that need to be followed is displayed under prescription page. The rules that needed to be followed while self quarantine can be viewed in doctor's guidance page. In case of any emergency and any help needed, the patients can view the contact info page where the helpline numbers, email id and nearby hospitals contact number will be displayed. The patients can book when and where they can test for covid in slot booking page. The arrival time will be allotted by hospital and it can be viewed in time slot page.
Every hospital will be given login credentials. After logging in, they will be redirected to the page where Aadhaar numbers of the patients will be displayed. Enter the Aadhaar number in input box and when you click show info button the personal information will be displayed. In health status page, the respective patient's health status can be viewed. The prescriptions can be updated by doctors in prescription page. Finally in covid test page, the arrival time for the test can be updated by the doctor.
