My old Los Angeles native writing partner used to be fascinated by the stories I had about my redneck family in rural Missouri. At some point we decided to create a story about what if one of my redneck uncles got superpowers and how he would waste them. It had a long and interesting journey around LA that ultimately was not successful. After a long dormant period, I decided to use my newfound AI and filmmaking skills to make short videos as a proof of concept. The imagery was created in Midjourney, Chat GPT, and Flux, edited in Photoshop, then video was created using Minimax, Kling and Wan 2 in Comfy UI. Then edited and composited with Premiere.
