Super Fly

Inspiration

I was trying to. make a slideshow for my volleyball team with all of the photo's. I needed a quick, offline solution. For the time being I just used google slides, but that was a pain. I needed to load each photo one by one, and make a new slide for each photo. Lastly, I needed music, but there was no feature for this. I needed a product where I can push all my photo's to [preferably drag + drop], and select a song, then just hit play.

What it does

Superfly allows you to dump all of your photo's onto a "dumping ground" by using drag+drop. Then you can change settings such as background brightness, blurriness, music, and more. Finally you can present all of your photos to your friends, and family. You can generate an export key, and import existing projects

How I built it

I just used HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and used the help of jQuery. I created over a few days, but am still working on it to develop it further.

Challenges I ran into

Autoslide - a feature where the slideshow will play automatically, instead of requiring the user to switch photos themselves... it is still it development, and Autoslide (bugless) will be included after two more releases.
