What it does
Sunlife Manager is a system that helps make claims completion easier. It has a file directory of all your past information and searches for overlapping information with the claim you are currently trying to complete. Then, it suggests to auto-fill the forms based on what information is available, and highlights missing information to clarify to the user what is required. Additionally, there is a 1-on-1 dedicated support worker that will walk through the claim process with the user, helping the user navigate where and from who and what information they should be getting, and aiding in creating a feasible timeline for what they need to do to stay on track.
