We designed an app/app branch off to give a clear timeline regarding the transition from STD to LTD. The goal was both to ensure the client understood the next claim stage, and to provide support and clarity to the client and accommodate for low energy days.
We lead with an accessibility and clarity based focus. After going through a life-changing illness, getting the support you need should be as stress-free as possible. But usually that involves many players and moving pieces, deadlines, and timelines. We believe our prototype allows for all of the paperwork in one place, with a way to share information - documented or otherwise - with all the right parties, without being too overwhelming to manage.
This was done in 3.5 days, during a midterm week. Never doubt UWaterloo students; we get the job done, no matter the cost.
