Inspiration

Our vision was to create a seamless platform that transforms text into dynamic, engaging video storytelling—bridging the gap between written content and visual media.

What It Does

Sun AI allows users to effortlessly convert articles or images into compelling video narratives. By inputting a URL or uploading an image, our AI agent analyzes the content and generates an engaging video using AI-powered narration and visuals.

How We Built It

We developed Sun AI using Next.js and deployed it on Vercel, integrating several powerful AI tools to enhance the experience:

ElevenLabs for high-quality, natural-sounding text-to-speech conversion. Fal AI for AI-generated video creation. Mistral & OpenAI for advanced content understanding and processing. Supabase for secure and efficient data storage. Vercel AI SDK for seamless AI-powered interactions. Challenges We Encountered Building a smooth and efficient AI pipeline while maintaining video quality and real-time processing was a significant challenge. Optimizing the synergy between multiple AI models required careful engineering and testing.

Accomplishments We Are Proud Of

One of our biggest achievements is the high-quality, visually engaging, and immersive video generation our platform delivers. Sun AI transforms static content into entertaining, digestible, and shareable stories, making information consumption more enjoyable.

What We Learned

Through this journey, we gained deep insights into AI-powered video synthesis, fine-tuning models for text-to-video transformation, and ensuring realistic speech synthesis with ElevenLabs. Our experience with Fal AI was particularly enlightening, allowing us to optimize video storytelling automation.

Future Plans for Sun AI

We're just getting started! Our upcoming enhancements include:

Developing a pricing page to offer scalable plans for different user needs. Improving request handling to ensure faster and more efficient content processing. Exploring additional AI-driven customization features to make video narratives even more personalized.
